Condition is "Used". This heavy weight Mannequin wig display head was a custom made purchase. The item was shipped with the paint and glue still wet in many places- The result was that the piece arrived very cosmetically damaged.
The glitter is chipped off in MANY places ALL OVER the ENTIRE item. There are so many spots with paint/glitter chipped off that there is no possible way to get every single individual spot photographed up close individually - you can only upload so many photos to a listing. Please zoom in on all photos and inspect all flaws. There is no glitter over eyes or lips, just metallic looking gold paint. Chipped off glitter is also present on face, especially chin and cheeks.
Bottom is painted a plain matte dark gold with a hole in the center of base. Base measures approximately 6" x 6 & 1/2".
This piece is good for reatoration projects or a complete overhaul. In structurally good condition, the damage/flaws are cosmetic. Has a cute big mesh bow on bottom.
