Vintage General Electric GE Solid State AM / FM Radio Tested & Working 1970's

Description

Item up for bid is a super cool vintage AM/FM radio by General Electric with a model number of P977E. This piece can run from electric or battery. We plugged it in and were able to tune in stations on the FM band with the battery operations not tested. Front shows a crack in the plastic in the upper right portion of the dial cover and lower left shows a missing emblem. Battery terminals shows some oxidation. Leather casing and antennae are in good shape. When casing is opened there is an original label which is loose. Radio measures 8-2/8" top to bottom by 5-3/8" wide by 2-3/8" in depth.
