Carle, Medical Corps.  It has a gold stamp from the 130th Station Hospital, Heidelberg, Germany.  It is signed by Colonel Enrico D. Carrasco, Commanding.  It measures approx. 11" by 14".  It is in good used condition with some wear from use, aging, and storage.  See photos.
