Description

This multi band short waves Sony receiver(Japanese Model) works perfectly on all bands. Difference between Japanese and other models is that the frequency  of FM band of the former model ranges from 76 to 90MHz whereas frequency of other models ranges from 88 to 108 MHz. MW and SWs are the same.Tested with 4 "C" size batteries ( not included) and included multi-voltage AC adaptor . Sound is loud and clear. All knobs/switches work as they should. No static or scratchiness while operating these controls. Antenna is complete, straight, extends and retracts smoothly, stays positioned at the desired length/angle, no kink or bend. Pop up button works perfectly. Tuning meter works. Timer feature also works . Battery compartment is clean. No part is missing or broken, just used marks here and there. It looks like AC adaptor is new and never used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.
