Here
is an outstanding, 29" tall, circa 1940s vintage, high end department store, mannequin figure used to display fashionable lingerie or women's clothing.  She has removable, long graceful arms for dressing her in their current clothing selections. Produced by
Latexture Products Inc. of New York City
(the same manufacturer of the much smaller sewing mannequin figures often sold in boxes with patterns to teach young children how to sew). She is an outstanding example with beautiful features very reminiscent of this era including her stylish makeup and hairstyle. She has a very solid body construction with long gracefully shaped legs and those 1940s style of sturdy black heeled shoes. She wears what appears to be a patriotic (red, white & blue) hand knit two piece skirt and top and can be posed in several ways.  She is in very good overall condition with no breaks or repairs, no repainting, slight surface crack at one knee commensurate with use and age. What a fabulous addition to any collection or to highlight a collection of sewing mannequin figures. We have other antique and vintage mannequin figures
