    Description

    Up for sale is my NanoCalc 2000 Thin Film Reflectometry System complete with its power cable.  This thin film measuring tool works great as I have used it myself personally with Ocean Optics spectrasuite software but not the original software that came with the unit because I can't find it. The NanoCalc systems are versatile and configurable thin film measurement systems utilizing spectroscopic reflectometry to accurately determine optical and non-optical thin film thicknesses for consumer, semiconductor, medical and industrial applications in a wide range of fields. NanoCalc system measures anti-reflective coatings, anti-scratch coatings and rough layers on substrates such as steel, aluminum, brass, copper, ceramics and plastics.  This is a wonderful thin film measuring system so I am sure the new owner will be very happy with it.
