    Description

    Up for sale is this Hallicrafters S-38C vacuum tube shortwave radio receiver. I plugged it in and with a coat hanger antenna picked up two local am stations. I do not know much about it and will leave more testing for you.
    All the knobs and switches function. The band spread and selector windows turn. Two pics  taken through slot in case. I do not know how old it is.
