Complete Raman System for gemologists, Hobbyists and Amateurs
The Raman System proposed is based on the basic Series of ThunderOptics Raman Systems.
The LC Raman System is our Low-Cost Raman spectrometer offer for hobbyists. It is build on the famous Sony ILX511 refurbished Spectrometer.
The standard specifications of the spectrometer are 50µm and 1800l/mm grating blazed @ 500nm. When you make your order, if you don't want the standard specification, please specify the slit and the grating (please, refer to table below).
It works with a laser excitation of 532nm. The TnynderOptics bundle is very good for the use of powders and liquids with strong Raman signals (Alcohol based liquids, some gems, aromatic compounds ...).
The Raman probe is equiped with basic Microscope Objective (20x NA 0.40  2mm working distance). The shortest Raman shift is 300cm-1 (+/- 35cm-1).
The listed item is a basic Raman system sold with research Laser (TEC cooled, 532nm, variable 0-50mW, linewidth 0.3nm). The laser light is cleaned with high quality clean line filter.
