The BioTek plate reader Synergy HT offers you single-channel absorbance, luminescence, and fluorescence reading in a compact easy-to-use system. This BioTek instrument is computer-controlled with powerful Gen5 data analysis software to help control and analyzer collected data quickly and efficiently. The Synergy HT works with all standard plates ranging in size from 6 to 384-wells as well as PCR tubes up to 1.25″ in height when used with adapter plates. This multi-mode microplate reader has a dual optic design, that includes separate fluorescence and absorbance channels, with 3 mm top and 5 mm bottom fluorescence probes. The high-performance Synergy HT multi detection microplate uses filters, a photon multiplier tube, and a long-lasting tungsten halogen lamp. These features help provide the most constant light and high levels of repeatable sensitivity.
