cell in the pack is fused (just like almost all of the batteries we supply).Cell level fusing, means that in the event of an internal short circuit in the battery (which the BMS cannot protect against), then all that will happen is that some sacrificial links will safely open, preventing any of the cells or cabling from overheating and becoming dangerous. We don’t take chances when it comes to our batteries or your safety!

Charge and discharge
If the battery has a power switch, please open it during charging , can help to charge more full.
The lithium battery can be charged at any time, it is not necessary that all energy is exhausted before charging .
Storage
The battery should be used within a range of operating temperatures. Otherwise, there may be a loss of properties, leakage and / or rust.
The rechargeable battery should be used within a short period of time after recharging, as the battery may self-discharge during prolonged storage.
If long-term storage is required, the battery, which is 50% to 60% stored in a voltage range, is best because storage at higher voltage can result in loss of performance.
Warm Tips
Do not immerse the battery in water or seawater. Store the battery in a cool, dry environment.
The battery should not be used near a heat source as a fire or heater.
Use the charger specifically for charging.
Do not interchange the position and the negative terminals.
Do not connect the battery electrodes to a power outlet.
Do not throw the battery in fire or heating.
Do not short-circuit the battery by connecting the positive and negative poles directly to metal objects.
Do not carry or store the battery with metal objects such as hairpins, necklaces, etc.
Do not hit the battery, throw any trampling damage or throw it.
Do not solder the battery directly and do not pierce it with a nail or other sharp object.

Any battery with quality problem in one month we can return the money after you provid the proof.
After one month we can send BMS or cells to you for repair,or you can send it back to repair as well.
All our electric bicycle batteries with high quality cells and BMS, and they will be 100% tested before shipping.

The battery goes over water
The battery is broken man-made
The cells are burnt out after using .
Return the battery without reason
Open a case without contacting us
Return
Program :
1. Should meet all return requirements :
a. bought the product within one month
b. We will bear the return shipping fee if quality issues
c. Buyer should bear the all shipping fee ( include the shipping cost to ship it
out )& re-storage cost if without any quality issues
2. Should contact for " Return Application Form " before return , sign the
application form and put it in the package ( or we won't offer refund after received
it , because we can't conifrm the information without the form )
3. Return package should be complete , we will check the the package after receive it .
If the package is complete and with Return Form , we will refund timely .
